學習第二語言不僅是學術優勢，更是通往文化理解、跨文化交流與未來發展的重要橋樑。CCLC（北加州中華文化學習中心）為臺灣僑務委員會推動之「華語文學習中心」（TCML）合作據點，自2015年起致力於推廣正體中文與臺灣文化。
本校華語課後班以培養紮實語文能力為核心，在關懷且充滿活力的學習環境中，引導學生認識並喜愛臺灣文化。我們秉持「快樂學習、永續發展」的理念，透過互動式教學、多元活動與實際溝通練習，幫助學生建立信心，培養長期學習華語的興趣與動力。課程採用臺灣教育部教材，系統教授注音符號與正體字，奠定穩固基礎，並融合文化體驗、創意活動與合作學習，使學生能在真實情境中靈活運用華語，提升學習深度與趣味。
本校依不同年齡與程度規劃完整課程體系。除K–2課後安親班外，另設K–2種子班、1–2年級萌芽班，以及針對2年級以上學生依程度分級的成長班（共八級），並提供AP輔助課程與成人綻放班（共六級），打造循序漸進且銜接完善的學習系統。除常規課程外，亦舉辦舊金山在地夏令營及台灣文化沉浸式夏令營，拓展學生國際視野與跨文化理解。
我們同時重視家庭與社區連結，透過中秋夜市、電影之夜、新年慶祝等活動與成果發表，讓學生展現學習成果，促進交流，也讓家長見證成長。無論初學或進階，CCLC皆提供溫暖且具啟發性的學習環境，陪伴學員穩健成長，培養語言能力、文化素養與終身學習的熱情。

Learning a second language is not only an academic advantage, but also an important bridge to cultural understanding, cross-cultural communication, and future opportunities. CCLC (Chinese Culture Learning Center of Northern California) is a partner site of the Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML), a program promoted by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) of Taiwan. Since 2015, CCLC has been dedicated to promoting Traditional Chinese and Taiwanese culture.
Our Mandarin afterschool program focuses on building a strong language foundation. In a caring and dynamic learning environment, students are guided to appreciate and connect with Taiwanese culture. Guided by our philosophy of “joyful learning and sustainable growth,” we incorporate interactive teaching, diverse activities, and real-life communication practice to help students build confidence and develop long-term motivation for learning Mandarin. Our curriculum follows standards set by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, systematically teaching Zhuyin (phonetic symbols) and Traditional Chinese characters. We also integrate cultural experiences, creative activities, and collaborative learning, enabling students to apply Mandarin in authentic contexts while enhancing both depth and engagement.
Our school offers a comprehensive curriculum designed for different age groups and proficiency levels. In addition to the K–2 afterschool program, we provide Seed Classes for K–2, Sprout Classes for grades 1–2, and Growth Classes for students in grade 2 and above, divided into eight proficiency levels. We also offer AP support courses and six levels of adult Mandarin classes, creating a well-structured and progressive learning system. In addition, we offer local summer camps in San Francisco as well as immersive Taiwan summer programs in collaboration with schools in Taiwan, allowing students to learn Mandarin in diverse cultural settings and broaden their global perspective.
We actively foster connections with families and the community through cultural events and student showcases, such as the Mid-Autumn Night Market, Movie Nights, and Lunar New Year celebrations. These events provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their learning, promote cultural exchange, and allow parents to witness their children’s growth.
